For ready to ship orders, the delivery time is usually 5-7 days from the date of placing the order. For customized items it would be 15-20 working days and ship and the delivery time is 3-5 working days depending on the location.

Yes, there is an express delivery option available but only for the Ready to Ship products.
For Custom Made orders if you need urgent processing , we would be able to do that in 5-6 business days with extra charges
Yes, we do accept bulk orders but we do not encourage reselling. For bulk orders please reach out to us on info@feathersbtq.com.
We would provide default margins for all our products keeping you less worried about incorrect measurements provided.

Shipping and Payment
Yes, we do ship worldwide. If you cannot find your country or if there are no shipping methods available feel free to reach out to us and we will add your country in the list.
We accept all Credit, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Wallets.
As per our studio policy we do not provide refund/exchange on any product sold as each dress is custom made.
We take at most care by quality checking before shipping of the product.
However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 2 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at feathersbtq@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 5-7 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.
Unfortunately No, once the order is placed we wouldn’t allow any cancellations or refunds. As we would start the order processing immediately to make sure the product is delivered on agreed timelines
